A couple of days ago, we started facing this issue again. In Azure Devops, the same issue we had around April, appeared again. This happens when I try to load the “Code Quality” widget in the dashboards. The highlighted error is VS403683: The contribution describing this widget configuration could not be loaded: SonarCloud by SonarSource failed to load. What can I do to solve this issue?
You mentioned that you experienced this issue previously, can you tell me how this issue resolved itself?
I am also asking for some further information from our squads who work more closely with the Azure DevOps setup.
Tanks for clarifing @Diego_Parada, in these threads the users have sent us logs from the console in their browsers. Would you be able to send us a copy of what you are seeing? I would like to check if it is the same issue and if so why it has been reintroduced.
Hello @shane.findley
Sorry for the delay, this is what I found that seems related`
Refused to frame ‘https://sonarcloud.io/’ because an ancestor violates the following Content Security Policy directive: “frame-ancestors ‘self’ https://*.azure.com/ https://bitbucket.org”
Thank you very much for the screenshot.
I sent you a private message so you can share with me what is the URL of your Azure Devops organisation. It seems our Content Security Policy is too restrictive in your case.
Can you try again and let me know if your issue is fixed or not?
We changed a few things in our Content Security Policy that hopefully should fix your issue.
