Azure DevOps code quality widget issue when created and cannot be viewed

Appreciate you help, SonarCloud widget is not working as seen below, I saw some feedback from you on similar issues raised last month here, and its mentioned the issue as resolved, but I still cannot create SonarCloud widgets in AzureDevOps Dashboars, any suggestion?
