Hi @Kyle , No we don’t have rate limits in place on the SonarCloud side. I was able to test I get stable and fast download rates from the same IP, downloading the scanner jar (x1,000 times). The bottleneck must be elsewhere!

Any suggestions on how to debug this? It always works great except on my home network.

You may have a go through a VPN to see if that changes anything. Otherwise, you may want to check with your ISP.
