Sonarcloud login with Azure Devops - case sensitive account

We have an user who is seeing 2 accounts on sonarcloud while login using AzureDevops credentials, one with camel case and lowercase.

Whenever user login the below message pop up.

When user clicks on Continue, previous account is removed and a new account is created, however new account don’t have access to org.
