If were going to subtract lines thrown in the error with our new project: 412,188 - 65,937 = 346,251
Where is this 20,061 coming from if we subtract 346,251 to organization lines of code (326,190)?

I can’t read your third screenshot.
After you deleted your project, did you see the License LOC usage go down on the license page?
Your second screenshot comes from some utility that counts lines of code? It’s quite likely - based on the error you’re seeing - that it’s undercounting.
