There is a post related to integration between SonarQube and DataDog: SonarQube
Is there a way to integrate SonarCloud with DataDog?

Nothing we’re aware of. You may want to ask Datadog if their integration supports SonarCloud (there can be subtle differences in the API)

As I see it is possible to configure web hooks in SonarQube and send some payloads to DataDog there

SonarCloud also allows you to configure project-level webhooks.
