We integrated SonarCloud with our GitHub Enterprise with 109 repositories. We noticed some repos automatically scanned upon integration, while most did not and require additional configuration. Is the reason some repos do not automatically scan due to compiled vs non-compiled languages (C# vs Python, etc.)?

Automatic Analysis is indeed available for specific languages, and as noted in the docs…
- Compiled languages (Java, C#, VB.NET, C/C++, and Objective-C) cannot be analyzed.
With that being said, work for Automatic Analysis for Java and .NET languages is currently going on – hopefully we have something great to share later in the year.
