Hello, I am working on a code quality pipeline on Azure DevOps, using the available code scanning task as my standalone scanner. I have generated the build wrapper and the code scan seems to be able to locate all my code files, however on my sonarcloud report only 3 files are available. I cannot show my full log due to security reason, but I can show some of the logs that I believe is connected to my problem

#This paticular log especially caught my eyes, since it seems to indicate completion of scan for 97 units as listed in some logs directly above it that I can't share

Additional information: My project is generally a Keil embedded project for the Nrf52832, compiled using ARM gcc through the use of a modified Makefile in the pca10040/s132/armgcc. My main project file itself is positioned like an example in the Nrf52 SDK 15.02. My sonar_project.properties is at the root directory. If you need anymore information, please let me know. Thanks in advance for your help`
