SonarCloud analysis failing with HTTP 500 on project.protobuf

Error observed
The analysis consistently fails during the “Load project repositories” phase.

Attachments
The attached log includes the full stack trace showing the HTTP 500 error returned by the `project.protobuf` endpoint and the subsequent scanner failure.

The project exists and can be queried through the branch API

Authentication appears to be working correctly because the analysis starts successfully and fails only when SonarCloud attempts to retrieve the project metadata through the internal project.protobuf endpoint

Could you please investigate whether there is an issue with the project metadata or branch configuration on the SonarCloud side that could cause the project.protobuf endpoint to fail with HTTP 500?

Hey @bruna_gabutti, having a look at the logs it seems like your analysis failed due to the incident that we were experiencing yesterday during the same timeframe your analysis ran. Could you confirm if the issue still persists now that the incident is resolved?
