The SonarCloud has an analysis banner that has been hanging in there for 12+ hours.
Background Tasks: There is nothing in progress or pending in the background tasks.

This is the consequence of an incident we are having, see this link for more information.
We just deployed a fix for the problem you reported. The blue banner should go away once you submit a new analysis.
