Unfortunately, the error comes from the fact that we do not support the version v.5.0 of the arm compiler (see CPP-2906).
Could you try a newer version of the compiler? Latest version is v.19 (FYI, we do not support the version based on Clang yet - ARM-CGT-CLANG-1)

Given that this version is quite old and that we are not able to find much on this compiler (download, documentation) as it does not seem to be supported anymore by TI, it is quite unlikely, I’m sorry.
But we keep track of the requests, we never know.
