[Sonar Scanner] Significant degradation of analysis time

After upgrading from SonarQube v9.9 to v10.3 performance of sonar scanner analysis significantly dropped. Analysis of any PR now takes more than an hour, rather than 2-5minutes before.

Is there any ways to speed up an analysis?

  • SonarQube Community Edition v10.3
  • SonarScanner version 4.4.1.3373
  • Kotln Project is about 700K lines

Can you provide a full, --info or --debug analysis log?

The analysis / scanner log is what’s output from the analysis command. Hopefully, the log you provide - redacted as necessary - will include that command as well.

This guide will help you find them.
