You’ve noticed a vestigial artifact. When SonarCloud was born, it shared a code base with SonarQube. Eventually (during the SonarQube 8.0 cycle) the code bases split. Some of the analyzers say SonarQube 8.0, as you’ve noted, and some say SonarCloud, with a more up-to-date version.
We’ve actually had some internal discussion on this topic, recently, and there are tickets in to do something about it. But in the meantime, it’s harmless and can be safely ignored.
