Sonar Rule list NOT upgraded for T-SQL plugin

SonarQube 6.7 LTS Enterprise Edition , T-SQL

I am using T-SQL plugin and running the data quality report against
http://[sonarqube instance]/coding_rules#languages=tsql this has in all 55 rules , but when I look at the T-SQL static code analysis: "DELETE" and "UPDATE" statements should contain "WHERE" clauses there are around 75 + rules listed.
Any point of contact or process to upgrade the TSQL rule list , please?

Are you using the latest version of the SonarTSQL analyzer?

I am using - SonarQube 6.7 LTS Enterprise Edition . How do you check the plugin version ?
