Sonar MSBuild scanner on multiple .sln files

Hi all,

The details of this issue are covered in this thread from google groups, including a test scenario.
It is a major blocker on my project, where we have more than 200 Visual Studio projects organized in more than 15 solution files.

This is still happening with SonarQube 6.7.4 (LTS version), sonar-scanner-msbuild-4.3.1.1372-net46, Jenkins 2.121.1 and 2.7.1 Jenkins sonar plugin.
