AI Code Assurance is a robust and streamlined process for validating AI-generated code through a structured and comprehensive analysis.
It ensures that projects using AI tools to generate code meet high standards of quality and security. AI Code Assurance encourages developers to take full ownership of code, whether human-written or AI-generated.
AI Code Assurance leverages the Sonar Way Quality Gate to ensure that any newly added AI-generated code is clean. This capability allows developers to easily identify and tag projects that contain AI-generated code.
The feature is available on SonarQube 10.7 and will be generally available in SonarCloud later.
