Scanner CLI for SonarQube - Update Node.JS version to 20.9 or 22.9

The Sonar CLI should use the latest LTS for node.js. Currently it’s using the older version 18.17.0 due to which the CLI scan throws warning related to the node version. Please use the latest version of node.js or atlease compatible version so that there waon’t be any such warning.
