Rules deactivated in SonarQube EE but SonarLint applies them (Eclipse plugin)

Hi,

when evaluating SonarLint i found that the rules applied by SonarLint are not the same as configured for the project in SonarQube.
As you can see from the screenshots, the rule is not activated for the Quality Profile but respective issues are presented in Eclipse though they are not in SonarQube for the same line of code (Screenshot at the bottom).

I also tried to unbind and bind the Eclipse project again and also triggered “Update All project Bindings” but the issue remains. The rule has never been active for the used Quality Profile so i do not think this is a synchronization issue.

  • SonarQube Enterprise Edition Version 7.3 (build 15553)
  • SonarLint for Eclipse 4.0.0.201810170711

works for me, see SonarLint and SonarQube LTS - rules aren't in sync
