Rule for variable shadowing for C (like S1117 for C++)

    SonarQube 8.1, SonarCFamily 6.6

  • what are you trying to achieve
    Having “variable shadowing” checked for C code

Is there a way to use the rule also for C code or another way to achieve this?

This rule has been recently enabled for C. It should be available for C starting the next release.
