Purchase Developer Subscription but can't access private repos

I have recently subscribed to a trial version and provided my credit card details. A payment is scheduled for July 29th. Despite this, I am unable to access the private projects on the repository on SonarCloud

Could you please assist me with this matter?

Can you elaborate on this?

Are you saying you can’t onboard private projects? Can’t analyze them? Can’t see them in SonarCloud once they’re onboarded/analyzed?
