Pull Request on community edition 7.5

  • which versions are you using (SonarQube, Scanner, Plugin, and any relevant extension)
    ** Community Edition Version 7.5
  • what are you trying to achieve
    ** I was able to use preview and a github PR and get comments in my PR, but after upgrading from 7.1 to 7.5 I can’t see it anymore.
    I had to remove the github plugin because it was no longer supported, but I can’t believe that you removed something like this on a minor version upgrade.
    I’m just posting this to get someone to confirm that this is the case. We have a feature is not supported anymore from one minor version to the other.
    Is there nothing I can do besides paying for Sonar Developer edition?

Yes, it was deprecated in favour of the commercial editions of SonarQube.

But I think I have to clarify: every SonarQube version (x.y) is a major release. They only release minor versions (x.y.z) for the LTS version.

Hey! We had this feature in earlier versions. I was wondering if we need to upgrade to Developer in order to get back the analysis of multiple branches. Thanks for clarifying

Branch analysis is available starting in Developer Edition
