Projects are not visible on Dashboards but visible on admin background tasks

After upgrading sonarqube to 10.6 my projects are not visible on dashboards.
Also when i click on issues getting this- No Issues. Hooray!

How to resolve this? Can anyone guide here?

Hi,

It sounds like you need to force an ElasticSearch reindex.
