Sorry, your question is not clear.
MMF-1860 was closed with status “Fixed”.
It means that SonarQube/SonarCloud/SonarLint should now support PHP 7.4.

You posted in “Report a bug”. Do you have any bug to report?

I checked the Jira “Fix Version” and it is set to 3.3.
