Version 9.9.1 (build 69595) community version is using, Permissions are not working.
Even after disabling the permissions for Administer issues and Administer security hotspots able to edit issues and hotspots. Previosuly this was working fine.

The Administer Issues permission confers the ability to make an issue False Positive or Won’t Fix. The “Confirm” option just says “Yep. This is a problem.” And it has no impact on whether the issue counts against the Quality Gate or issue metrics.

Do we have an option to disable this crticla and open buttons. Our requirement is no one can mark these things. It should be update while running the scan only.

There is no way to disable Open/Confirm.

Previosuly this functionality is there, where if we have disable the permission which was shown in the below picture which is in 1st comment admin settings. where as from past 1 month i am getting this issue. Please check and suggest
