We are facing exactly the same issue as in Not receiving Azure DevOps Verification Code - SonarQube Cloud - Sonar Community.

I am working with a user for my company that is unable to get his Azure DevOps Verification Code. After many tries he does not see it come through to his work email.

Hi Ann,

We are not getting Azure DevOps Verification Code for our domains Allscripts.com and Veradigm.Com. We our primary email address is on Veradim.Com now while all of our accounts in Sonar Cloud are mostly using our previous Allscripts.Com email. We cannot reply using our old domain because it always defaults to using our new domain Veradigm.Com but can stil receive Allscripts.Com email.

Thanks this now resolved, the issue was our mail system flagged it for some reason and was blocking email from Sonar Cloud.
