When we scan the code so SonarQube’s functionality is like it will always show New Code as last scanned 4th Months before in the Dashboard and not the one which was recently scanned like 10 days ago?
Because I don’t see the analysis of the newly scanned code in any one SQ screen.

You have full control of the New Code Period. If you don’t want it to stretch back to March, then you can edit the New Code Period setting for the project/branch and you’ll see a change after the next analysis.
As far “the analysis of the newly scanned code”… that’s what you’re seeing on the project homepage. Those values on the project homepage reflect what was found in the latest analysis.
