New to SonarQube

Hello, I am new to SonarQube and I am getting an error while trying to set it up.

not sure if Sonarqube is Java 14 ready, try with Java 11.

We need to check the logs.
Please set the loglevel to DEBUG via $INSTALLDIR/conf/sonar.properties.
Then restart and attach the logs from $INSTALLDIR/logs

Hello, i had the same problem and fix it. It’s due to elastic search. for my case it’s because the default port of elastic search is already taken by another processus.

I just change the elastic port from 9001 to another value in sonar.properties:
sonar.search.port=9002
