[NEW RELEASE] Sonar PMD Plugin 3.2.0

Dear community,

we would like to release a new version of the Sonar PMD Plugin !

Version 3.2.0 fixes an incompatibility with SonarQube 7.6+ (#81) and contains an update of PMD (6.10).

The release has been thorughly tested in production over the last weeks. Thanks to pethers, aepfli and agabrys.

Due to that I would like to omit the RFF phase and kindly ask the SonarQube staff to update the plugin in marketplace.

Hi Jens,

The procedure for announcing a new release has changed slightly, so I need to ask you to make a PR on the repo that feeds the marketplace. Instructions are here. Let me know what’s confusing or unclear.
