[NEW RELEASE] ibmix-aem-sonar-rules 1.2

Hi,
I prepared a new release for the ibmix-aem-sonar-rules plugin.
We realized that a lot of users remain on the current LTS version and are waiting for the new LTS to be released before updating, so this version has expanded compatibility to include support for SonarQube 8.9.
