Good question! It is not a replacement. That’s not to say the content will never overlap (after all, it is big news at SonarSource when a new SonarQube version drops!) but it is not a replacement.
If you’re hesitant to sign up for both, just know that I don’t believe either will have a super-high frequency, and managing your subscriptions is very easy.

Hi Ann, coming freshly from the other posting … maybe you can change the URL in the OP to the fitting category/categories URL? (these are, where you effectively still have a bell to activate).
Maybe there are more Releases Categories in other areas? idk
