My new analysis branch was not updated with the github updation?

Hi i have been created new git hub branch as my main branch for analysis in sonar-cloud but when i am updated that branch in GitHub it is not reflecting on the sonarCloud analysis branch .I need some help or step by step process to solve the issue .
