Move projects between organizations part 2

Is there a way to move projects between organizations in SonarCloud?
I’m the admin of both organzations (using the same user account).

I saw here Move projects between organizations
that it is possible to change the organization key.

In my case, the target organization already have projects. Is it still possible?

Unfortunately, merging 2 organizations with projects is not supported.
The solution is to re-import the projects on the new organization, but it means the history, issues, comments will be lost.
