I saw from the documentation, that there is a “Specific Version” for new code definition.
But I cannot find it.
Anyone could help?

As mentioned in the docs you share a screenshot of:
this option cannot be set in the UI, as it would require frequent user action to be kept up to date
Unfortunately, I don’t even know how you’re supposed to configure it (which API, which values) in that case. I’ve flagged this for attention.
