Message reached lines of code limit but only scanned a small fraction

I just entered the lic for 100k and it tells me I have reached the limit when I only have one project with 4.3k LOC.

Message: 284,745 lines currently analyzed
Project size 4.3K

I can’t scan. What is going on?
