How the Line of Code is calculated for many projects?

If I purchase 100k plan, is it count for total project line of code or take the maximum of various projects?

For example, I have many .Net / Java projects in my company, the lump sum of Line of Code is maximum of 10k each, let say 30 projects and in total 300k line of code, which plan is suitable for me?
