Have you been able to run the analysis in a different way?

According to the logs the error is due to an out of memory issue. As I could see, this project contains files from several languages and one of them is Java. Is it possible that the Java code is bigger than 10Mb? If so, it is a current limitation of the AutoScan feature.

I would try to run the analysis using a CI integration.
