We havs switched off the automatic analysis as did not work after trying various options . Now when we run using Actions but still not successful. We just see the error “The operation was cancelled.”
I can send all the details what you need but need guidance to investigate what is the cause and how can we resolve this.

Hi,

You’re seeing ‘The operation was cancelled’ in your Actions?

Can you point me to or share that analysis log?

The analysis / scanner log is what’s output from the analysis command. Hopefully, the log you provide - redacted as necessary - will include that command as well.

This guide will help you find them.

The last analysis has failed. If it keeps on failing after several attempts, please contact us on Community forum and provide the following failing analysis ID: “AZka9LE3kq4Ck9h2SNJm”.

  1. After turning off the automatic analysis , we tried running using the scanner and saw the error as operation cancelled. Now trying to enable the debug option to get more details. Will share soon (should I just send here or any other email address) .

we have logs but they are huge to upload here! I also think, that is not recommended to post private projects on this public forum.
is there any support contact we can use to troubleshoot this issue efficiently ! Thanks

But they are quite big, time consuming to eliminate such data ! Can you please suggest if there is any support contact I can reach out. Thanks
