    Post DB upgrade, the issues tab is not listing.

    Tried to increase the jvm parameter but still the same.

Please tell me you’re at 8.9.6 on the way to at least the current LTS, 9.9.3?

8.9.6 is past EOL. You should upgrade to either the latest version or the current LTS at your earliest convenience. Your upgrade path is:

8.9.6 → 9.9.3 → 10.3 (last step optional)

Regarding your question, it sounds like a corrupt Elasticsearch index. Try forcing an ElasticSearch reindex
