Is "Faster Pull Request analyses" available for SonarQube 9.9+

Is this feature available in SonarQube v9.9 On-Prem?
I can’t find this setting. Or is it enabled by default?

I found this line in the scanner output:
Cache data is not available. Incremental PR analysis is disabled.

Hello,

This is available by default with SQ 9.9 DE+ when you scan a PR. You have nothing to activate, it should work out of the box.

Did a full scan of the target branch happen before the scan of the PR? This is the step somehow required to populate the cache data before it can be used by the PR analysis.
Can you share the entire log?

Thank you. I’ve found the problem. There was no full scan of the target branch so far.
Now it’s working.
