I am tweaking configuration of some repositories we want to scan via sonarcloud. There is a lot of example code that I don’t want to scan so I am setting up the exclusions.
What happens if I misconfigure the exclusion and lots of LOCs are scanned by mistake? I can delete the project and start over but if I do so only next day - will I get billed for that?

No, you won’t be billed. More likely, your analysis report will be rejected because it would go over the LOC in your subscription.
