Dear SonarQube team,
As we were setting up a new Jenkins pipeline for .NET scanning, we followed the following documentation : Jenkins job | SonarQube Server Documentation
The Jenkinsfile given as an example include the Sonar scanner executable path : “SonarQube.Scanner.MSBuild.exe”. By executing this example pipeline, we encounter an error “executable not found”, after some investigations we found out that the name of the binary changed as part of the Sonar rebranding and is now called “SonarScanner.MSBuild.exe”.
I think it will benefiate for other customer if we update this
