When attempting to create a new project from GitLab, the list of projects is completely empty (and returns really quickly). This worked before, although it took 30s+ to load the list.

If so, what happens if you query the underlying API directly?

Yes. Consistently for about 7 days at least. I get an empty list back from that endpoint:

Readding the access token seems to have done the trick
