How to uninstall plugin from UI

  • SonarQube 9.0
  • I previously installed a plugin and I would like to uninstall it. From the UI market place it shows that the plugin is installed, but there is no uninstalled button. When I tried to delete the plugin from my local drive, extensions/plugins/sonar-prometheus-exporter-1.0.0-SNAPSHOT.jar, after retstarting, the plugin jar file will appear again.

Welcome to the community!

I guess you’re on a commercial edition. Since you had to install that plugin manually in your commercial edition, you’ll have to uninstall it manually too. Unfortunately, the docs are lagging on this point. I believe it’s already in our backlog to correct them.
