How to export a Quality Profile, then import it to another Project/Account

I have a Quality profile on my original SC account/project.
Meanwhile I administer 3 more projects.
I need my original Quality Profile on those projects too, but I can’t figure out how to export, and import the customized profile.

I read here Import quality profile - #2 by julienlancelot it is possible, just not how

Someone mind to guide me?
I need to get “My Quality Profile” from https://sonarcloud.io/organizations/MYNAME/quality_profiles?language=php into https://sonarcloud.io/organizations/MYOTHERNAME/quality_profiles?language=php

I am using the online SonarCloud Scanner - not local.
One of the accounts is paid, the other 2 projects are under free license.

You can “Back up” a Quality Profile in this menu:

And restore!

I expected an export and import naming, found the backup/restore now and it worked.
