How to do a fresh scan on main branch?

@aalvarez told me, after some private messages, that my problem is probably related to this one:

Do the inclusion/exclusion rules only effect reporting, or scanning of code?

This turned out to be a regression in the CFamily analyzer version 6.55. I opened a ticket to track work on it: CPP-6237. The bug currently affects analyses from mapped network drives on Windows, and the current impact is that many rules in the CFamily analyzer are skipped. A workaround has been communicated with the user. Best regards, Michael
