We are an Azure Dev Ops paying client and need to recover our Organization. What is the process to do so?

Hey there.

From the docs:

Restoring administrator access to an organization
If you lost administrator access to your organization, send a request to contact@sonarcloud.io with all the necessary details.

Colin,

No, I was in SonarCloud and was trying to remove a Single Azure GIT Collection and inadvertently deleted our whole Organization. How can I get this recovered as a Paying Customer.

Hey @manderson

Unfortunately, this operation cannot be done, as noted when you performed the action.

You will need to create a new organization.

Colin,

Ok, I can reenable all of our Pipeline with Keys. My issue is our Corporate Account getting associated properly with SonarCloud.

Mark Anderson

My issue is our Corporate Account getting associated properly with SonarCloud.

I’m not sure what you’re talking about. Can you share some screenshots, or log/error messages you’re running into?

So, I followed the steps to delete a git repository. Which in the end deleted our entire Organization by mistake and due to a misunderstanding on my part.

Now I need to somehow rebuild our organization, which means associate our billing accont details back to it as there is NOT a system restore process within your organization. How is this done?

To resolve this, first create a new organization in SonarQube Cloud. While you won’t be able to directly connect it to your previous subscription, once the new organization is set up, email contact@sonarcloud.io with your organization key and reference this thread. They will review your situation and assist with prorating your previous subscription or help you transition to a new one.
