How do I limit Project Analysis to a specific branch?

We have many branches - and that causes a problem with the # of lines:

This analysis will make your organization ‘xxxx’ to reach the maximum allowed lines limit (having 958276 lines).
Please contact the administrator of the organization to resolve this issue.

There must be a way to limit to a specific branch right?

Welcome to the community!

It sounds like either you’ve got one really big branch, or you’re not actually analyzing branches as branches.

Do your branches show up in the list of Projects?
