How can i just add the quality profile or language i need and remove the one i don't need to associate with my project , so that the corresponding analyzer will work

hi, guys. recently, i have a new project requirement to fulfill. it is the self-defined setting of quality profile or languge on a given project. for example, 10 kind default languages is provided for a project to analyze, but i just want 5 kind of languages to be analyzed. how can i make it ?
