Help in upgrading Sonarqube 7.5 to 8.9 LTS

I am trying to upgrade Sonarqube 7.5 to 7.9.6 LTS and then to 8.9 LTS.

When upgrading to 7.9.6,Getting this error eventhough the database is already upgraded (SQL server 2019)

It is simply referring to this step of the upgrade guide – nothing to do with upgrading your database platform.

  1. Browse to http://yourSonarQubeServerURL/setup and follow the setup instructions
