You’re going to find that the SonarQube interface itself is by far the best way to share issues with colleagues. In the UI, you see the issue in the context of the code, along with the remediation message and direct access to the rule describing why it’s a problem.
That said, if you insist on having a report, you might look at the community plugin Sonar CNES Report. It’s installable from the Marketplace.
